Located near the intersection of Clays Mill Road and Wellington Way, just minutes from downtown Lexington, KY, the Wellington neighborhood offers a true community atmosphere perfect for anyone.  As one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Lexington, this community is comprised of single family homes, with neighboring townhouses and apartments.

The Wellington Homeowners Association's mission is to foster community among our neighbors, and to preserve the architectural vision of our developers in both structural and landscape as described by our covenants.
