On behalf of the Wellington Homeowners Association, let us welcome you to the community. We hope you find Wellington a warm, friendly and safe place to live. We are contacting you to provide some important information about your neighborhood association.
The Association’s day to day activities are administered by Association Management Services.
This is a deed restricted neighborhood, if you would like to construct a fence or make a change to the outside of your home please download the exterior modification application. These activities require approval by the Board of Directors of the Wellington HOA Board prior to commencement and may also require permitting through Lexington Fayette Urban County Government.
The Association’s activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed uniformity to each home in the community ($200.00) ANNUALLY. These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the Association and are due by March 1st each year.
